On Ocassion of World Environment Day 2025, Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) is organizing several activities. Out of these PEHEL Foundation Charitable Trust (PFCT) is actively associated in four activities for their successful execution.

1. Online Reel Competition: Reel for Real Change and Online Poster (Drawing) Competition: Save Earth from Waste, Last Date of Submission, 15th June 2025. Scan the QR to submit your drawing. Following are the Rules and Regulations
A. General Rules applicable to both Online Reel and Online Poster (Drawing) Competition.
1. Any school or college student can participate in the Online Reel and Online Poster (Drawing) competition.
2. Participants must provide valid proof of current enrollment in a recognized school or college and a govt. ID card. Any student with age above 25 Years is not allowed to participate in the event.
2. Since this competition is for students, professional content creators are not allowed.
3. Reel/ Drawing should be relevant to environmental theme. Reel/Drawing not having the environmental theme shall be disqualified.
4. There is no registration, all submissions received latest by 15th June 2025, 11:59 will be considered. Submissions received, after this will be directly rejected and no request through email or any other form will be entertained.
5. A person can participate in both, reel and poster competition, but he has to fill the form twice, One for reel and other for drawing competition.
5. By participating in this event, all participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizing Team holds the sole and ultimate authority for the interpretation and enforcement of all event rules, regulations, and terms. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising in connection with the event or its organization, the decision of the Organizing Team shall be final, absolute, and unappealable. Participants expressly agree to resolve all such matters exclusively through the mechanisms established by the Organizing Team and irrevocably waive any and all rights to pursue judicial or administrative remedies or initiate any form of legal action against the Organizing Team or the event organizers.
6. E-Certificates would be awarded to all the participants
Disqualification Criteria:
- Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, derogatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content will be immediately disqualified.
- Plagiarized content or entries found to be significantly AI-generated will lead to disqualification.
- Any form of unfair practices, manipulation of votes/views, or unethical conduct will result in disqualification.
- Failure to adhere to any of the rules and regulations stated herein will result in disqualification.
Privacy and Data Usage:
"Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and administering this competition and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Participants' names and submitted entries may be publicly displayed if they are selected as winners or for promotional purposes.
Audio/Music Usage:
"Participants are encouraged to use original audio, voiceovers, or royalty-free music. If copyrighted music is used, it is the participant's responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant platform policies and copyright laws. Organizers are not responsible for any copyright infringement by participants."

B. Rules & Regulations for online Reel competition.
Title of the competition is "Reel for Real Change"
1. Reel may have more than one person, but student participating in the reel should appear in the reel.
2. Reel should be uploaded from the students account only. This will be verified.
3. Reels must have a minimum duration of 30 seconds and a maximum duration of 90 seconds.
4. The reel must include the mandatory hashtags: #RSPCBJodhpurUrban, #PehelFoundation, #WorldEnvironmentDay2025
5. Reels with original audio and original music will have added advantage.
4. Three Prizes will be given in Reel Competition, subjected to the originality of content and audio 1. Most Viewed, 2. Most shared 3. Best Creativity
C. Rules & Regulations for Online Poster (Drawing) competition.
Title of the competition is "Save Earth from Waste"
1. Drawing must be hand made either by pencil or wax color or pencil color or water color or sketch color on white A4/A3 size sheet. Drawing on any other sheet size or sheet color or using any other color will be discarded.
2. Original Drawings must be produced at the time of prize distribution.
3. Poster/Drawings would be judged on the basis of relevance to theme, originality of idea, creativity, quality etc.
4. (a) Name of the student, (b) School/College name (c) City and (d) State must be clearly mentioned on the top of the drawing.
5. Top three drawings would be selected for Prizes
